iso-9001-hkz Quality Standard

Seafarma, a department of Apotheek Vogelakker B.V. Complies with the HKZ Quality Management System for Public Pharmacies (HKZ certification scheme for Public Pharmacies, version 2015 + A1 2019) within the following scope:

  • The provision of extramural pharmaceutical care as well as the supply of medicinal oxygen.
  • The HKZ standard is a Dutch Harmonization and Quality Assessment system that provides Quality labels for healthcare providers. The HKZ standards are derived from ISO 9001 and are aligned with ISO 9001:2015. The HKZ standards necessitate specific additional qualifications related to the respective branch in addition to ISO 9001.
  • The ISO 9001 HKZ Quality Management System establishes quality management systems that help implement best practice methodologies. It pertains to both the quality of the care process and organizational quality.
  • The HKZ ISO 9001 is recognized by the Netherlands Standardization Institute (NEN) and the Royal Dutch Pharmacists Association KNMP, which serves as the umbrella organization for both professional pharmacists and the pharmacy sector in general.
